LazyHODL is a subscription-based software platform. Payments are processed through PayPal and third-party payment processors. Please review the terms below regarding refunds and subscription management.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once premium access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the service for an extended period

How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your account email and the date of purchase
  3. Describe the issue or reason for your refund request
  4. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days

Subscriptions via App Stores

If you purchased LazyHODL Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively. Please contact their support directly for refund requests. We do not process refunds for app store purchases.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may lead to account review or temporary service restrictions while the billing issue is investigated.
